CMM-1,0CF Unit for Removal of Water from Oil
The unit is designed for purification of industrial, hydraulic, turbine, transformer and other oil types, as well as diesel fuel, kerosene and petroleum with especially high moisture content.
The unit can process oil with extremely high water content, as high as 50/50 % and above.
Water is removed by coagulation. When oil passes through a special filter element, water molecules gather into droplets and flow down the surface of the filter into a settling vessel. The water can then be drained through a valve.
A cartridge filter with 1, 3, 5 or 25 μm filtration fineness is installed in the unit to remove particulate matter from the oil.
